The short version
- Be 13 or older (or older, if your country says so).
- Be decent to other people. Harassment, hate, and doxxing are not allowed.
- Don't post quests that could get someone hurt or that collect sensitive personal data.
- If you create quests, you keep the rights. We get a licence to host and display them.
- We can suspend accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account anytime.
Who can use Undull
You must be at least 13 years old to use Undull, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. If you're using the service on behalf of a team or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method safe, and tell us at [email protected] if you believe it's been compromised. You can close your account from Settings → Privacy at any time.
Community rules
Don't use Undull to harass, threaten, or impersonate others. Don't post content that is unsafe, illegal, or designed to trick other users. Don't collect personal data through quests. Don't try to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
We moderate content in a few ways: public quests are reviewed before going live, groups are private-by-default, and we respond to reports from users. We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. If we suspend your account we'll tell you why when we can.
Content you post
You keep the intellectual-property rights to anything you post — quests, collections, photos, ratings. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and adapt that content as needed to run the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except where others have already completed or saved it (we keep enough to honour their records).
Creator payments
Creator payouts are described in our Payouts help page. In short: royalties are calculated per completion, settled monthly, and paid in your local currency. You're responsible for your own tax obligations.
Changes to the service
We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We try to give reasonable notice for anything material, especially anything that affects creator earnings. If we ever shut the whole service down, we'll give you a way to export your data first.
Disclaimers and liability
Undull is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service safe and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what we've received from you in the last 12 months — in most cases, zero, because the core product is free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Undull is incorporated. The final binding version (after counsel review) will name that jurisdiction explicitly and set out dispute resolution procedures.
